Returns Policy

 
If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. 

Any damaged or flawed merchandise may be returned for a replacement or refund.

All returns must be in the original packaging with original proof of purchase date. Returns will not be accepted if any part of the Zatswho™ Flash Cards set exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the original packaging.

You should expect to receive your new set within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a set more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return item form and follow the instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
